These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website personalbrandcoachingllc.com and any services provided by Personal Brand Coaching LLC ("Personal Brand Coaching," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or purchasing any service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Services

We offer digital courses, group coaching, 1:1 coaching, and live intensives designed to help individuals build personal brands and improve their professional skills. Specific deliverables for each engagement are described at the time of purchase.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement. By using our services you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and accept responsibility for all activity under your account.

4. Payment and Refunds

Payment is due in advance via credit card, debit card, or other approved payment method. Group coaching and digital courses are covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee, provided that within 7 days of purchase you (a) request the refund in writing to support@personalbrandcoachingllc.com, (b) have accessed no more than 25% of the course content, and (c) attended no more than one group session. 1:1 coaching engagements and intensives are non-refundable once the first session has occurred. 5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

For group and 1:1 coaching sessions, you must provide at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice may be forfeited at our discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

All course content, including text, graphics, images, audio, and video, is owned by Personal Brand Coaching LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. You retain ownership of your own materials.

7. Limitation of Liability

Personal Brand Coaching LLC, its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or services. No outcome, income, or business result is guaranteed.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Personal Brand Coaching LLC from any claims arising out of your use of the services or your breach of these Terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Site or services without notice for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

10. SMS / Text Messaging Program

10.1 Description of the SMS Program and Messaging Use Cases

Personal Brand Coaching LLC operates an SMS messaging program for individuals who have opted in. Messages sent under this program fall into the following use cases:

You must be at least 18 years old to opt in. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us, typically fewer than 10 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. 10.2 Opt-Out and Help Instructions

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, END, QUIT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact support@personalbrandcoachingllc.com.

10.3 Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, and Cricket, are not liable for delayed, undelivered, or misdelivered messages. Personal Brand Coaching LLC is not responsible for delays, failures, or losses caused by carrier networks, recipient device issues, or any factors outside of its reasonable control. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

10.4 No Sharing of SMS Opt-In Data

We do not share SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.

12. Changes to Terms

Material changes to these Terms require 30 days' notice. Continued use of the services after a change indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Marketing Communications Consent

You consent to receive marketing communications from us via email and (if separately opted-in) SMS, including communications outside standard business hours, until you opt out through the unsubscribe link or by replying STOP to any text message.
