SMS / Messaging Policy

This SMS / Messaging Policy describes the text messaging program operated by Personal Brand Coaching LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). It is incorporated into our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
1. Program Description
When you opt in, Personal Brand Coaching LLC may send you SMS or MMS messages related to:
- Application status updates and onboarding instructions.
- Appointment scheduling, reminders, and rescheduling.
- Customer support replies.
- Promotional and marketing messages about our coaching programs (only if you've opted in to marketing).
2. How to Opt In
You may opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our application form, by replying YES or START to a confirmation message, or by providing express written consent in another verifiable manner. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

"I agree to receive recurring text messages from Personal Brand Coaching LLC at the phone number provided, including application updates, scheduling, and occasional marketing. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See our SMS / Messaging Policy and Privacy Policy."

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. Most users receive fewer than 10 messages per month.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. These charges come from your mobile carrier, not from Personal Brand Coaching LLC. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.
5. How to Opt Out
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, END, QUIT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message. After opting out you will receive a final confirmation message and no further SMS until you opt in again.

7. Supported Carriers
Our SMS program is supported on all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, Cricket, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Privacy & Information Sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

- "Reminder: your strategy call with Personal Brand Coaching is tomorrow at 2:00 PM PT. Reply C to confirm or STOP to opt out."
- "New cohort opens Monday. Reply YES for the link, STOP to opt out."
