Refund Policy

1. Digital Courses & Group Coaching

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on digital courses and group coaching programs. To be eligible:

• Refund must be requested in writing within 7 days of purchase.
• You must have accessed no more than 25% of the course content.
• You must have attended no more than one group session.

2. 1:1 Coaching & Intensives

1:1 coaching engagements and live intensives are non-refundable once the first session has taken place. Before the first session, you may request a refund less a 10% administrative fee.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email support@personalbrandcoachingllc.com with your full name, the email used at purchase, and the reason for the request. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

4. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Most issues can be resolved directly and far more quickly.
